These are almost finished painting's that are inspired by the Hamilton Botanical Gardens. I plan to exhibit paintings on this theme during 2011

My son Sammy and I are sitting in our little blue box hut on the Gold Coast gazing over your paintings of the botanical gardens, happy and teary eyed. We're remembering times there, like riding up the hill with the emu bobbing along on the left and the peacocks strutting around, displaying their wears. We're heading straight for the playground. I'm remembering the many hours spent in these gardens, as spectacular as they are. That dreamy feeling, like being in a fairytale. I would stare in amazement at the trees, as they shed their burning red and golden leaves in the Autumn. Natures masterpiece. The paintings provoke an accurate translation of my dreams. Thank you GT
